Shipping of cards

After completing your purchase of the service, you will receive instructions for sending your cards to Kudo Vault.

Shipping to Kudo Vault is the customer's responsibility and will need to be arranged independently.

Once the grading process is complete and the cards are returned to the Kudo Vault, you will be contacted to arrange return shipping. You can then choose your preferred shipping method for returning the cards.

This policy applies to all services offered by Kudo Vault, including card grading, cleaning, and restoration services.

Timings

Timeframes vary depending on the PSA service level selected (Base, Value, Express, or other levels available at the time of submission).

The times listed are estimates and may vary based on PSA's workload. Final timelines are independent of Kudo Vault.

Insurance

The insurance coverage included in the service is up to €100 per card.

For higher values, it is possible to request a paid insurance extension, calculated based on the declared value and according to the conditions of the carrier used for the shipment.

In the event of loss or damage, any refund is subject to the carrier's assessment and will be determined based on the current market value of the goods declared as contents of the package at the time of shipment.

Proof of value documentation (such as recent comparable sales, receipts, or other objective evidence) is not required when purchasing the service, but is strongly recommended. In the event of a claim, the presence of supporting documentation can facilitate and expedite the verification and reimbursement process.

Any refund granted by the carrier may be adjusted based on the checks carried out and the applicable contractual terms.
